Application Tips
• Use lubricant or wax to prevent flute loading in soft materials.
• Using the recommended speed prevents premature wear and/or
insufficient material removal rates.
• Maintain grinder concentricity to optimize material removal rates
and extend bur life.
• Reduce flutes and increase speed in softer materials. Increase
flutes and reduce speed in hardened materials.
• Cross cut styles (6, 3SP, 4) generally improve stock removal,
control, and reduce chip size.
